Very much wowed from unboxing to use. The refurbished pc has everything i want and works perfectly. Backlit keyboard is a bonus.

My latitude, after many years cratered. It looks brand new, not a scratch. Not a single blemish or scratch. Very tidy and clean condition.

The product arrived with a defective touchpad. It has jerky movements and freezes.

Can't ask better and i'm the owner of two thinkpads.

Mousepad is a little wanting, and it does produce a lot of heat, but i am quite satisfied.

Then about a month after purchase, i had something go wonky with the video.

But the best thing, is the tech support will go the distance to get you set up when you purchase their product.
