Or at least it is if what youre looking for is unadulterated raw fish if youre looking for fancy rolls the ones on the ayce menu here are pretty lackluster

At all the other sushi buffets ive been to the wait staff takes a while to get back to you for you to get your second round of orders init was not the case here

I wouldnt want to say the machine needed to be cleaned since i didnt see it visually but will come back to try it again to see if it was a one night thing
