Pros

Was as advertised. Excellent customer support. Very happy with my purchase.

These are easy to deploy and maintain. They also include the wired keyboard and wired mouse. The one flaw is the included wi-fi dongle. The second computer (same model) works great but had a small issue with the keyboard having a sticky key.

No start up problems after multiple shut downs and restarts. Booted up smoothly, loaded win 10, simple to add info registering it to me. Comes with windows 10.

Cons

The mouse is subpar, but functional, and the keyboard is completely unusable. Biggest thing is it crashes constantly. There is no way this renewed unit was ever tested for functionality.

Did not come with advertised hardware. Don't' even bother contacting the seller. It's one thing when it's software issue, but when your business is selling refurbished products, and ultimately that product's hardware fails, it's a bad look.

Not to my expectations. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was not packaged well. Consider only the header. No instructions of what to do with it. Slipshod piece of *.

Would recommend staying away.

Haven't had it long but so far, i am impressed for the money!

I am very satisfied with this purchase.

The only other complaint is the speakers are not very loud and that's even with the volume turned up to 99.
