Pros
Pc comes with windows 10 pro pre-loaded. Set up was intuitive and easy. Accessories in the back is what i needed to access and control communications equipment.
Cons
Beware of furbish computers. Burner fouls out more discs than it actually burns. Whenever i think everything is working fine, it suddenly invents a new problem for itself.
The pc doesn't match the images on the amazon product page. It only has vga monitor connector. Then it starts giving warnings on things like the one pictured (cpu fan failure) but tests find nothing. I believe it's on the cpu?
To power up you have to unplug it from the wall, remove all usb devices, plug back in and then after it starts up, reconnect all of your usb devices.

The ports are conveniently placed, making it easy to connect peripherals, and the overall user experience has been seamless.
The computer works great 6 months after purchase .
It’s also surprisingly quiet, even when handling heavy workloads.
Price
Great value for the money, so far it meets all my expectations.
Good price good features; nice that wireless was included on these units.
I also bought a couple of the logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combos here on amazon which were on sale for only $23.
It was a price we could afford.

It came quickly, we got it set up and my husband, who works from home, has been using it for his job since then.
Item was delivered quickly, and it is up and running well.
It was only 5 days and it arrived scratch free.
However, the company promptly reached out to me in response, seeking to assist.
Packaging/appearance
Took it out of the box, plugged it in and transferred the stuff over from the old, dying system.
Vendor prep on the units was very good; also they did a great job on the packaging of the product for shipment.
Mine came with included usb wifi adapters.
Competitiveness
Priority this i had another brand and it doesn't measure up to this dell.

Then i took out their 34new34 power cable and used my old power cable and it powered on right away

I dont know how many times companies try to avoid standing behind their products but this company seems to take pride in what they produce
