Pros

Weighted about. Would purchase again. Incredible machine for the price.

Replacing the disk with a ssd anyway so no real loss there.

It's snappy and handles multi-tasking well. I'm an average computer user (not a gamer) and this computer should meet my demands with ease. My grandson loves it and he used it for gaming.

The dell desktop is very fast and the setup was easy. Accessing the internet is easy, and the wi-fi connector was easy to setup. Came with a keyboard, mouse and wifi adapter.

Customer service was appreciated. Insides nice and clean. But kudos for cleanliness and quick shipping.

Cons

The arrow from the mouse jumps around on the screen. I fear this computer will be going back because of the constant crashing. It appears as if someone took a used defective computer and put it in a box and shipped to me.

The only negative is that my son really hoped to use it to play pc games and hasn't been able to play fortnite but roblox works just fine.

Had problems with the hdd but got that fixed.
