Purchased this item awhile ago about 7 months ago. Great packaging. There was nothing to dislike.

Very disappointed. Very disappointed in this product. Really not impressed" "this is definitely not good.

The battery icon in the bottom right corner says 0% available (plugged in, not charging) this is not compatible with dell inspiron z laptop.

Every time i used it, i’d have to fuss around with the cord until it actually produced power. Wall to adapter cord does not fit into the adapter at all. Where the plug is and the rectangle thing it came apart almost immediately.
