The pros heavily outweigh the cons, so go ahead and buy it without any worries. No issues till now, ie one month after purchasing it.
It has dual 3w speakers, incase you want to use them. It has speakers too and they work good for small cabin with medium ambient noise. Quick setup guide, safety information.
Cons
Amazon 15 day return policy is expired. White spots and cloud like marks on the screens.

It's a very good product and picture quality is also good, inbuilt speaker quality also good.
Crystal clear view, viewing angle also quiet good, speaker volume not so loud but can be hearable, i am happy with the product.
Sound quality of the product is also decent.
Competitiveness
Really good quality monitor, been using it for more than 3 years now with my mac mini and lenevo thinkpad and no issues.
Staggering 1920x1080 resolution gives a perfect sharp 1080p fhd display.
Although, i selected a 18-inch monitor with 6k budget.
Comes with 3h hardness (what does it mean) let me tell you it means, it will act like a antiglare screen but with negligible glare.
