Pros

Dell s2340t 23 multi-touch monitor is the standard to which all touch monitors should be compared to. This touch screen is amazing. It's one of only a handful to support windows 8 multi-touch features.

Just plug in the monitor via hdmi and start using it. The ability to do video over the usb 3. Ports is incredibly convenient.

Customer service is top-notch and very easy to communicate with. Loving it so far. They need to keep making these!

Cons

The refresh rate is just barely fast enough. Touch is not consistent. Microsoft is horrid. One instance is the hdmi version, the other a usb version.

I received this monitor 3 days after ordering it from amazon!

The one i ordered actually arrived with a small imperfection inside the screen - it looks like a piece of lint that you want to brush off.
