The stand is fine and way nicer than most monitors in this price range but it's definitely not as good as the ultrasharp models.
Very happy with my purchase, definitely not the greatest tn panel of all time but you really cant beat the price.

It has a black bottom and no hdmi ports which in the pictures and description shows that it has a silver bottom and 2 hdmi ports

Also even though this is a smaller panel 1080p will be ok but i’d really suggest stepping up to at least 2k unless you’re gaming on a non pro xbox or ps4
