This monitor is a true break through. I'm not a pro, but it works for me. Great service.

This dell ips monitor has super sharp and accurate resolution, and is great for viewing and working on pictures !

* the stand is fully adjustable and can swivel, tilt, and pivot the screen between portrait and landscape.

* it lacks good calibration ability, the backlight is way too bright, and there's no way to adjust it.

The xva panels just couldn't keep up, being a couple of frames behind at best!

Price

I highly recommend, especially for serious digital artists on a budget.

The eips technology makes an outstanding monitor available for a truly reasonable price.

Finally i found this 2209wa with a new type of inexpensive eips panel for half that.

This can sometimes be found for under $300.
