All pieces included, especially some high quality cables that make this an easy setup process with one purchase.

One gripe is the dock only has one hdmi and the other ort is mini-displayport.

It worked as soon as i plugged it in, and it has a small form factor.

Price

The price of $52 at the time of this review is totally worth it.

Everything fit perfect and the value for the money is great, especially not having to have extra connectors and extra devices on my desk.

Altogether for $50 is a steal albeit slightly used.

I think the price point is about right for what you are getting.

I got this dock expressly to use with my steam deck.

Just received the docking station bundle with dual monitor support.

Packaging/appearance

First and foremost, the packaging was beautifully done, ensuring that the product arrived in perfect condition.

That said, as a renewed unit, it looked like great care was made in packaging the wd15 up and the included extra cables are a nice bonus!

The dock i received was in pretty good shape.

Competitiveness

Works with more than just dell, it worked great with my wife's macbook as well.

Regardless, this has worked wonders compared to my old hp dock.

It also works better with my dell laptop than any dock i've tried that wasn't also a dell.

It's a nice docking station for dell or any other laptop devices, branded or unbranded alike.
