This works really well for me it is quieter than the other ones i tried and i can sit right next to it and because of the way it blows out he cool air it does not blow directly one me which was the case with the blackdecker unit which i therefore had to return

Had one issue and customer service was great in any case even though i absolutely hate buying from amazon and for the work conditions there and not high enough wages amazon does always take care of product things if you contact them directly

Just so you know the fan will blow continuously even when the ac is not cooling

There is no way to turn the fan off and still have the ac on automatic
