Pros
Cools our 400 square foot room very well. Works well at the office and not too noisy. Only thing i've been wondering is why this a/c has no outlet for water to drain out.
Cons
My experience echos that of a lot of other reviews here. I'm pretty bummed that this heft has become garbage so quickly. Only remote works and can either be set at the coldest or highest temperature.
