This machine is great,its smooth,powerful and quiet.
This thing had no problems cutting through a bunch of beef.
Make sure to install the blade back under the sharpener and tighten the blade cover snugly.
"cooked" meat slices paper thin and "slightly frozen" raw meat cuts great for jerky.
Price
This machine is a bargain for the price.
I've always wanted one of these slicers but i didn't want to pay the high prices for a decent machine.
I mean the small ones cost about half as much, but are junk.

You do have to take it apart for cleaning a 5 allen wrench for the blade cover and a 2 phillips screwdriver for the blade very easy
