Pros

Cools my living room from 76° to 74° in roughly an hour.

The della 14000 btu smart wifi enabled portable air conditioner is the best small a/c on amazon. The features on this product are great with the remote, wi-fi and app, ect.

Cons

The drain hole on this thing is about half an inch up from the floor. Will not be ordering della again.

It doesn't cool, unbelievably it doers the opposite. Had it on all day yesterday, and never cooled the room below 80 degrees. Claims to cool a 700 sq ft room, but doesn’t barely cool a 200 sq foot room.

No error message. No customer service at all, period, zero. App is not their app but some other company. They promise to call back… and don't.

Product is very loud while working. Have to keep dumping the water drained from the back of unit.

I also bought a window zipper/velcro kit and this works perfectly with the window.

Tbh i wouod have juat stayed with the other brand and was $100 less.
