Pros
Keeps very large room very cozy. It fits perfectly into the area of the old decorative fireplace. Rotating lights inside are mesmerizing and cheerful and *.
Flames looks real! The curved front and glass side panels add more fire viewing area. Love you can adjust the reddish orange as well as the blue flames. Log or coal replicas are pretty fake looking but all in all, i would buy one again.
Looks really nice and heats quite well.
Logs affect, and remote control and timer are a added feature. The remote control allows me to turn it on and off whenever my dog or i feel like we need a little extra comfort.
Cons
This sounds like price gouging to me. Barely even luke warm. Very disappointed in the della product.

The shipping box was in perfect condition so i know the dent happened at the factory and they sent it anyway.

It is a little smaller then i expected but my issue not theirs they give you the measurements i should have payed better attention to the detail

Although i feel it shouldnt be dying like this after just two years i was very fond of it and it worked wonders keeping my small apartment very warm

For some reason the legs are rubbery plastic and not attached with any strength to the body except by short screws
