Pros
The design looks very realistic. It has windows on all sides. They attach with two short screws for each and a plastic tab. I do have one it recommends spacing a 3ft radius away from flamible objects.
The heat works very well and makes for a nice cozy area to read or work on my laptop. Only complaint is that i wished it heated a bigger area. Puts out plenty of heat.
Cons
The top of the unit is flawed. It says it's infrared but it's a normal electric radiant element. The screws that come to attached the legs are tiny and barely go through the legs to attach to the body of the heater.

Love this, quick heating nice cozy light.
The heat works very well and makes for a nice cozy area to read or work on my laptop.
The tab broke off two of the legs and for one leg the screws fell out, causing me to use super glue to get them to stay.
The main part is made of steel/metal and the rest is a thick plastic or resin.
Price
Plus the cheery ambiance it creates is nice for winter months and evenings with a good book.
The one at the furniture store was three times the cost of this one and much bigger.
Packaging/appearance
Our box was crushed on one corner and were that leg went had to be fixed.
Looks great in my living room, just adds to that rustic look.

If i set it at a setting which keeps it at 68 in the room when it is 25 outside if it goes down to 10 outside or up to 40 outside it doesnt continue to maintain the temperature

And instead of the 34dial34 working as such it really only has 4 heat settings

If the room is nicely at 68 but i want it to be up just a little more and i slightly touch the 34dial34 up a hair of a turn now the room goes up 45 degrease

So luckily the dial picks a temperature i am comfortable with but i am unthrilled that it cannot keep a temperature or the dial changes the temp that drastically from a tiny turn

In case anyone didnt read the description there is no remote control the dial and onoff is hidden behind the right door which i wanted so my cat rubbing it wouldnt change the temp

I often need to adjust it manually because it starts to feel too warm or too cold in the room even though i havent change the temperature setting
