Love this product. The led fire feature looks pretty dang real. Very satisfied and happy with this item. Unless they fail to do so, i'm very happy with the product.
The freestanding portable heater is beautiful and functional. Looks so natural and yet is portable. The only slightly negative comment is that the 8 screws to fasten the legs were missing.
This one is in the bedroom and it’s perfect for all night supplemental heat or just to take the chill off the morning. It puts out plenty of heat and the flames add ambience.

However i called the customer service on the instruction manual and they said they would get them mailed out within 24 to 48 hrs
