Good quality, good value and gets a full load done no problem.
I store it with the lids propped open as well to reduce mildew smell.
I really wanted to give this washer 5 stars because i love it, but the hoses are so low quality that the one broke after only a few loads.
I was very satisfied with the washing process.
Packaging/appearance
I use mine in the bathroom and let it drain in the tub.
Get longer hose, they have extensions at home depot etccareful of socks getting stuck in the drain.
Competitiveness
It's 1000x better than what i've been doing, and it washes far more than just undergarments.
I have had this since march 2018.

The tubes for the water are not that great because they are plastic but is a great machine for the love that the clothes come out almost dry from the spin compartment

When i received the machine the box was torn and there was a crack in the bottom right side of the machine but i did not return it because after washing my first load of clothes it did not affect the way it worked
