Cons
When it is switched on, it is almost silent at first and then the appalling rattling noise starts. The instructions say it should not be used in an area where there are open flames.

Quality
The dehumidifier is quiet, switches on and off automatically and stops when it’s full - also feels like it’s good quality.
Brilliant dehumidifier, really easy to use, really quiet and amazingly quick and reducing humity levels for my 2 bedroom flat.
After about 5 months the unit stopped extracting water.
Bought a seperate temp and moisture thermonplus thermometer now i know when to use the dehumidifier.

Excellent at extracting moisture, which is what i bought it for, at a reasonable price.
They do not cost much to run, i am on an economy 7 meter and run them all at night.
Shipping
Only arrived a couple of hours ago.
Driver refuse delivery and took it back to warehouse.
The only problem we had was that amazon were supposed to email a security pass code for use to give to delivery driver but they failed.
It was eventually resolved and delivered next day but it was a right pain in the butt!
Packaging/appearance
I put it in the bedroom and switched on already the container is half full!
Competitiveness
The machine looks better than most of the other devices on the market so fits in well in a modern home.
Spent a lot of time researching and trying to decide between this one, and the meaco, but very glad i chose this model.
I had a delonghi device years ago which is one reason i came back - most definitely a brand you can trust.

Its reasonably quiet none of us can hear it through a closed door at all and none of us have struggled to sleep with it running with the door open

We started it off in the downstairs for the first couple of days then moved it up to the landing leaving the bedroom doors etc open
