If you are savvy, it is a really simple part to replace (preferably with a slightly higher rated thermal fuse? Also reduce the carafe heater time to less than the default 2-3 hours.

I received a cracked filter & pot - but the seller was very quick to respond and sent me the replacements.

I’m concerned because though the ad on amazon and the booklet show the frother pitcher, there was none in the package.
