Minor complaint, though, i love this thing. I absolutely love this device, and some of my colleagues are now interested in buying their own. Very satisfied with my purchase.
It's great as i can tailer the coffee blend to my liking. It's delicious and easy to use.
Cons
Machine leaks water from beneath it. Customer service won't give me the full 35% discount on the replacement machine because the machines are already discounted! There are very sketchy instructions about cleaning the machine.
