Pros

Steamed milk takes a little while to froth. Great for making a latte/cappuccino. New drip tray design makes it easier to brew.

Cons

Water leaks when brewing. This affects the pressure at and amount of water used at the brew cup. Tried making coffee first and then the froth, same thing happens, your coffee gets cold by the time you have a chance to make your froth.

New products fail miserably. Terrible customer service. Don't waste you money.

After 7 months of use the flashing amber light stays on even after descaling cycle and reset to defaults. I'm sure the unit they sent me was a return. I'll get a refund and buy something else.

This is not an authorized reseller of delonghi products. There are no delonghi service centers in my entire state, so my only options are fixing the machine myself or throwing it away.

My home barista station consists of a rancilio silvia and rancilio rocky grinder, etc.

It's not a full sized esspresso maker worthy of coffee shop utility.
