Pros & Cons
Pros
Handles are strong, knobs are satisfying to turn and slightly textured so wet hands are no problem. Temperature knob is sometimes a hit or miss to achieve the ideal temperature. Set-and-forget style features are great for busy people, or for folks wit... Read More
In cooking modes other than slow and rice there is a pre-heat that comes on. This applies full heat to the cook pot until the temperature set-point is reached.
The pot and lid are both dishwasher safe but i rarely clean it that way because it fits so well into my sink (pot in with the handles suspending it perfectly in the sink) the parts are easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.

Capacity for the cooking pot is 6 quarts/5. Gallons. The pot itself is large enough to hold a good sized roast, and i've done chili with 3 pounds of ground and veggies, and it handled that without any issues.
Cons
Either my appliance is defective or the system they developed for slow cooking is not a happy customer.
