Pros
Refrigeration unit is very quiet and works well in the bathroom. Usually my shower takes a very long time to dry but wit this machine in the bathrooms my shower walls were dry in 20 min.
The reservoir is easy to remove for emptying and then replace. The 3-foot easy connect hose works but there are a couple of problems.
Operation is straightforward. The different options for automatically setting a desired humidity level. The dehumidifier is quite simple and you just set up the desired humidity levels and let it do it's thing.
Cons
While the first two are true, this thing is anything but quiet.

This lasts for no more than 4 or 5 minutes and after that the squirrel cage fan is quiet yet still moves a fair bit of air.
Price
Operation is even cheaper than our forced air oil fuel consumption was and they are much much cleaner.
♦ this isn’t an expensive machine to run.

The design is nice so you could set it up in open rooms and not have it look like an eye sore as well it is very quite so you may find your self going over to it to make sure it is on and not tuned off because you either dont hear it or think you faintly hear it so there is no problem setting up in a bedroom as there is no real noise so you can sleep right threw it

It is much more expensive to run the clothes drier and some things get ruined in a conventional drier

I have several of their oil based radiant heaters one for each room and no supplemental heat is required even in the coldest winter
