Pros
Glass is double-walled so it's easy to see the espresso and crema from the side. Water and espresso gets in between the walls of the glass. Tipping hazard is a bit higher than expected.
Cons
The glass has water inside the insulated walls. The lip on them is now so thick that it's like drinking from a flower pot. These are supposed to be dishwasher safe.
Delonghi give no warranty after 30 days. Give it to your qa people before selling it again. They've basically been ruined.
A serious design flaw by the manufacturer. Its sole purpose is supposed to be to manage temperature differentials. However, fundamentally at the price, they are just too fragile.

Quality
Easy to clean, holds temperature reasonably (such a small quantity of liquid is gonna cool down quickly regardless).
Easy to handle, resistant glass and a balanced design.
Anyhow he put them in the dishwasher several times and they developed condensation in between the double glass.
It hit lightly to another glass and the top part of glass is broken.
Price
They're cheap enough that i'm not worried if something happens to them.

I admit upon first receipt i was a bit unsure if i would like these they were very light in weight and i was not appreciative of the brand name blazoned on the bottom of the glass
