Quality
I really enjoyed the product, bought it about 1 month ago, making 4 espressos per day on average and it always deliver a good coffee.
5 months now and i have realized it is noisier and vibrates more than the other one, but the coffee taste and quality i am satisfied with.
Very suprised with the quality of this machine.
I still could not get a got steamed/frothed milk, but i'm assuming is my inexperience with the machine.
Packaging/appearance
I haven't tried the esspresso mode yet, however it makes great cappuccino's!
Competitiveness
For the price, it's better than all the competition compare to 1$/pods coffee machine.
Please note that you need to buy on the side a 51mm tamper, small milk container, coffee grinder.
Perfect for the price, i'm an ex barista that have use a lot of expensive commercial machine.

Like most of the review claim the machine has very small room available for the shot

Problem with that is that machines vibration sets the glass off and can end up spilling coffee so i have to keep holding the glass while the espresso is being made

Keep in mind that even if you remove the silver plate there is still a removable tray underneath

The coffee catch cup needs to be shallow but that’s all

This machine is excellent and easy to use however the nozzle to froth the milk is constantly pulling towards the machine
