Definitely a well made, good quality product.
Other than those i am very happy with my purchase.
I think it is overpriced for the quality, but it seems all the espresso machines are overpriced.
The cups were a bit on the cheap side along with the frother.

The unit itself if quite light so when you attach the filter holder you have to hold the machine in a way to stabilize it
