The main operational part of the manual is in pictograms and most of the warnings and trouble shooting are in several printed languages.
The inside is non stick so the milk moves easily and no sticking to the sides or making that awful crusty milk ring.

I received it this week and so far so good.
Competitiveness
The milk froth is perfect, 10x better than starbucks verismo.
