This convection oven is our first, and quite an upgrade from a toaster oven. It has small bumpers along the sides and longer ones on the back - i like that. Takes up tons less counter space, but innards are still big enough for a lot of everyday stuff... Read More

It comes with a catch tray for the bottom that is easy to slide out and pop in the dishwasher. It has different food features programmed like pizza, chicken and few other. We have yet to try the pizza and cookie features, but we suspect those features... Read More

I like that i can set the oven on a timer and it turns off when the time runs out. Has a backlight for nighttime or dim light usage. They love it.

Cons

Will not turn on. Apparently their warranty coverage is a farce. I guess the moral of my story is to buy the square trade back up warranty if you want protection from a circumstance like mine.

Best convection performance i’ve seen in a countertop device.

Good temperature control, nice size and easy to configure controls.

Then the tension arm flipped up and made it impossible to close without using pliers to pull it back down.

My use is based on just 2 months ownership.

Price

Not a huge deal, i'll get used to it, but again not my ideal.

We received our old black and decker as a housewarming gift and rarely used it (it had limited functionality and a flimsy appearance).
