The first reviewer for example complains that the coffee is not hot enough but apart from the fact that coffee nor tea for that matter should not be made with scalding hot water if you set the temperature to maximum then the coffee will be piping hot

Most problems on these top of the range machines come from poor cleaning so keep on top of this and the machine should last you for years

If this machine is what you require then dont delay as they are no longer made but plenty still around the replacement machine has just a phone app that you might wish to use
