Set up was simple enough even with out the instructions but i could not for the life of me figure out how to use the machine after reading the manual i resorted to a video online and then realized how simple the machine was

What threw me off were the loud grinding noises and flashing lights which is normal for the machine

Its an off putting feature that i do not care for it grinds and rattles its panels on the counter top while it grinds the beans and moves the internal steaming box up and down just horrible

Another thing i did not appreciate were the cheap feeling chrome plated plastic knobs i think delonghi could have used a better bit of hardware here it doesnt take away from the functionality but it is an eyesore it doesnt match the rest of the machines styling let alone my stainless steel kitchen

I think its a nice concept but not worth my time or effort to clean and stock the machine with beans im going to stick to capsule machines

While i like an automatic that dispenses the frothed milk for lattes and cappuccinos for me i did get a sense of satisfaction over using this manual system
