I was a little leery about buying this machine as there seem to be both mixed reviews and not a lot of reviews online about this product but i purchased it anyway as well as the additional 3 year insurance from asurion

Weve had this machine for a little over two months when i decided for the price that i paid for the machine i did not use it enough for the specialty drinks i only made about 5 cappuccinos since i bought it and i thought my husband really did not care one way or another as long as he got a good cup of coffee so i started the return process as well as cancelling the insurance on it saturday

When i told my husband the following day he was soooo upset that i was returning the machine because he loved that all he had to do was press the 2x button on the machine at any time to get his cup of coffee

To make a long story short asurion would not cancel my return of the insurance and now i have the choice or keeping the machine without insurance or returning the machine

I called amazon and they contacted asurion and tried to help but asurion was adamant about not cancelling the return and would not allow me to purchase the insurance again since it was past the 30 day threshold for the order

You must clean it weekly to get good coffee and to prevent the machine from not working properly
