Pros & Cons
Pros
The milk frother is great because there is no bladder so it just froths it up from your cup. It grinds two sets for each mug of coffee. A ‘long’ coffee i. Two sets of beans, means i’m getting through a lot of beans.
Cons
Machine makes good coffee, but like some other reviewers i suffered with a machine that leaks. The grinder is not working, the machine is useless. Amazon can't/won't do anything either.
Highlights
Quality
I tried first with "run of the mill" coffee beans and was disappointed with the coffee.
Once i started using high quality beans, it was a very different end result!
But overall it has a better build quality and feel than the 4200.

First compared to my previous machine it’s incredibly slow

I find myself selecting the long option and then going off to do something else for a few minutes rather than stand watching it trickle into my mug

Maybe it will speed up in time but no sign of that yet

Second as others say the water tank is quite small and as it flushes on starting and when turned off the result is it needs refilling after about two ‘long’ coffees
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Not in itself an issue but as the tank is at the back of the machine and as most people will have the machine against a wall it can be a little tricky to remove refill and replace

The 4200 had a larger tank at the side which simply slid out – much easier
