Pros
Pro run a humidifier in the room. The humidity helps to hold heat in the air, and it will feel more evenly dispersed. Delonghi oil filled radiator heater is toasty and warm.
Good for drying wool socks, also good for drying socks. Easy to unbox, no assembly required other than unfolding the feet/rollers. My cats love to lie by it with their paws under it. It's a paw-friendly roller.
The one heater works great, easy to move about and heats beautifully. We use a mechanical timer on one of the heaters and it works perfectly that way.
Sf ranch house in cleveland area that has very large windows throughout. Honeycomb shades on the windows that we close at night. This heater makes winters tolerable. It heats our 12 x 12 living room very well.

The space heater is quiet and you can only hear the clicking as it turns on. The thermostat is affected too directly by the radiated heat and cycles the unit on/off even when set to maximum temperature. This greatly reduces its effective wattage.

Gives out nice gentle heat and the controls are simple & intuitive to use.
Mine doesn’t even make the ticks and drips noises as the oil heats up.
The only sound this makes at all is the occasional click as the thermostat turns on and off.
Price
My power bill dropped $38 month when i switched from reg.
I say if the price isn't drastic get the name brand.

There is no smell to mine at all - delivered a day ago & on since then.

Arrived in good condition, easy to unbox, no assembly required other than unfolding the feet/rollers.
I noticed several, very small styrofoam balls on the unit from the packaging.

On low toggle setting with the dial even up to 6 it does not feel warm to touch at all even after several hours in fact it remains cold i hear nothing

I do not heat with both switches on for maximum as i think it would be very hot to touch much warmer than i need to keep the small bedroom warm at above 65
