Packaging/appearance
The pac el275 vent kit hard plastic parts are poor.
Competitiveness
It blows air much cooler then my whynter brand ac which cost 2x as much and was was delivered much quicker than expected.
The buying experience was better by far with this deal from amz by woot than from costco.
All of these units are louder and use more energy than a comparable btu unit by design.
