Quality
Works great, good power output, quiet, easy to set the temperature.
It is definitely a quality heater (of it's kind).
This room has huge windows and due to bad central hvac air flow planning, the room is always colder than the rest of the house .
It has three heating power modes but this is reaaaaaaaallly quiet even at max.
Price
Overall better value for your money, this unit is sturdier and has better heat distribution, seems to make it more efficient.
This one is a little more expensive than some of the others listed for sale.
Would benefit from a remote, but not a big deal.
Shipping
The delivery was quick and the heater was packaged really well.
I emailed delonghi, they requested the invoice, and a picture of the snipped power cable.
My only qualm is with amazon’s shipping.

Packaging/appearance
It looks as though the box has been severely mishandled by how contorted and banged up it is.
I’ve attached two photos of the box and the product directly out of the box with a noticeable ding on it.

Competitiveness
In the past we purchased less expensive oil heaters, this is our 3rd oil heater purchase.
Its very high quality comparing to another one i got from home depot.
In comparison this oil heater is almost dead quiet, the only noise is a low ping of the element turning on.

But it has a big design flaw it makes loud clanking noises probably due to contracting and expansion of the metal it sounds similar to someone tapping a wrench on it it gets really load sometimes it sounds like a gunshot
