Pros

The heater has a 24-hour timer. The timer is a very nice feature as you don't need to have as much heat at night. This model is the only heater on amazon that comes with a timer with multiple time slots setting.

Unlike most other radiant heaters, this one has the sides covered so that my kids (or even i) don't scald ourselves if we bump it. Thermal chimney design really works well. This heater is all about convection.

Stickers are there to protect the supplier and manufacture from litigious people who will sue over anything.

Cons

It stinks, but it does heat. The thermostat function requires a light to operate. Brought it down into the garage (i work out of my garage, live in the pnw, it gets cold) 2 hours in and it started to drip oil all over my floor.

The noise alone is a deal breaker. The whistly screeching sound is constant and getting louder. The timer isn't loud, but it's loud enough to be a constant irritation.

That's pretty typical of knockoffs. Not remotely worth the price.

I like that this heater keeps my room at an even temperature, is silent and is well made.

Worked great, and the timer feature (once we figured it out) was awesome for heating up the apt before we got home from work.

Heating is spread over more surfae of the extra sheet metal.

This heats up quickly, but there's a constant, soft ticking or clicking sound that can't be turned off.

My husband ordered this one because remote control one was more expensive.
