This unit is pretty indestructible, or klutz proof; i have dropped it onto hard surfaces without damaging it.
It is a great little unit with many useful features and great sound.
Battery lasted longer than our longest recent trip of 4 hours.
Finally, the knob used to rotate through the channels started slipping.
Price
And even if purchased new it a great value because of all of the features that are included in the radio.
I bought one brand new and in the sealed box for $99.
Well i bought this thing years ago for $200, which i thought was a great deal back when it was going for three hundred.
Fortunately, its batteries are very inexpensive now too.

Seller did everything as stated and shipment was fast.
It was delivered when promised and it works great.
Packaging/appearance
Only hiccup was the radio id on a cardboard packaging insert was wrong.
Very cool but not explained in the antenna package.

The “portable” antenna sucks so you are forced to use a base and either the home or car antenna if you want reception

Ability to plug any antenna directly into main unit instead of having to plug main unit into clumsy base that makes carrying the unit difficult would have been much better design
