Pros

Very durable. It is pricey but i’m hopeful.

Wheels are extremely smooth, handle is crisp. The wheels turn smoothly from all directions. It has performed flawlessly for several years.

Cons

The suitcase is 22in, not 21 as described in the title. However, durability is the number 1 thing you should get out of a suitcase purchase, and that was certainly not delivered as promised. Requesting new suitcase or funds returned.

One wheel is already broken after less than 6 months. The fact that this has been a repeatable problem for others too is shameful of amazon. I now wish i had had it repaired rather than purchasing this.

What a waste. Buyer beware. Wasted money, very sad.

The material are bend in some area. It's so completely thrashed. It is now on it’s way to the dump.

It's big enough that you can throw your liquid package in there, too, if your airport security requires that to be removed.
