Pros & Cons
Pros
The delsey suitcase has the best maneuverability of any suitcase i have ever owned. The interior has an area that can be divided to protect clothes from shoes or other items and has a snap strap to hold clothing in place. This suitcase has some slight... Read More
The wheels are smooth gliding and shift easily from two to four wheels and back again. It rolls so easily through the airport, parking, sidewalk; carpets are a little more of a challenge.
The cases are extremely light when empty and extremely durable. The telescoping handle has a great height and easy to retract or extend. They're not as easily crushed which is great when toting wine or other breakable treasures.
Blue is my favorite color and this one is a nice pretty, deep hue. Bought as a gift for daughter’s boyfriend. Would definitely purchase again.
Cons
The box is very cheap. I want this company to contact me for a replacement or refund. They don’t stand by the warranty.
While i liked the roominess of the case, the quality is poor. Unfortunately, the wheels lack durability and within 6 months one of the wheels is broken.
Highlights
Quality
This case has the best maneuverability of any suitcase i have ever owned!
Interior fasteners worked smoothly, no tugging needed!
After one flight there were scrapes and scuffs marring the finish.
It is 10" deep, not 9" so the new tsa airlines rules will not allow it if they choose to check the size.
Price
Glad i found a good deal on the price.
The price was good, colour is very nice and roomy inside.
Shipping
But it packs for 8 days of travel very well.
Packaging/appearance
I easily packed dress-up clothes & shoes, casual clothes and 2 lbs of pretzels (for uk friends).
Easy to pack and easy to access items within
The delsey was less than full with nothing "stuffed" to fit; i could certainly fit more items on top of what was packed.
I like the color, they packed well and am about to use on 1,000 mile car trip for first time travel trip.
Competitiveness
The travelpro has very slightly less wiggle and operates more smoothly than the delsey.
The travelpro is significantly less weight than the delsey but, that is to be expected with hard vs soft luggage.
I am comparing the delsey 21" carry on to a soft side travelpro maxlite 5 21" spinner.

Three and this was the biggest drawback in order to open the case and not have everything fall out you have to lay it down on its curved front rather than its flat back before opening which is really annoying and less secure
