I took out one star because i was led by description that it also has a laptop compartment which is separate but it doesnt supposedly only 21 does

While i have not yet tested whether this is possible i just returned from a trip in europe where i stopped at two major international airports and eyeballing the size in person i can tell that it is compliant after having obsessively checked everyone elses carryon luggages

Cons the internal strap to cinch everything is place fastens near the bottom of the bag see photo the wheel side instead of the telescoping handle sidethis is fine if its not full but when the bag is packed to capacity the clasp is awkwardly underneath the lip of the side of the luggage
