And it is sold as a carryon but it seems like its too big to be one

In the attached photo my older ricardo beverly hills carryon is 22 tall including wheels plus the handle which when squashed down makes it a total of 23

So it seems clear to me the delsey will fit in overhead compartments on airplanes but if someone takes a tape measure to it it could be 1 over what is allowed on some airlines

As of june 2018 they allow 22 and the review was written in 2017
