Pros

The suitcase is very functional and reasonable for the price. It's quite roomy and holds a lot of stuff. I love that one side is zippered.

Took the baggage handlers like a champ. The tsa combo lock is also non-bulky. Clothe has been abused by airlines but has held up great.

Spinner wheels make it easy to navigate. Handle is sturdy and slips back in securely.

When i ordered the plum color i figured it would be scuffed pretty easily and this is in fact the case. Already made two roundtrips from asia to the us. No issues for that one either. It does get scratched up when going through baggage handling.

Cons

Structurally it is very flimsy. The zipper on the upper part opens downwards so that everything you put in there at an angle, instantly falls out.

It made it to barcelona and the cruise ship without any problems, a few scuffs.

I took it to france & barcelona and it holds enough clothing for 10 days.

By the time we went from london to philadelphia, the philadelphia to miami, the bag was pretty scuffed up.

It surprisingly fit quite a bit of clothing for each trip which were 6 days long.

Packaging/appearance

It was roomy enough i easily packed a week's worth of business travel clothes, toiletries, and even an extra pair of heels.

Don't put anything fragile in it without packing it well.

My mama's was also a amazon warehouse buy and came complete just in a damaged box.

There’s easily enough room for a weekend trip if you’re not packing a bunch of bulky sweaters.
