Unfortunately on the return trip the united bag handlers completely broke off one of the wheels and of course they dont cover it on our very first trip

It didnt sound like they would fix it at a repair facility free of charge though not that i would bother since the nearest one is over 3 hours away

I did have a little problem with the zipper as others had mentioned but if you slightly raise up the top and make sure the bottom bit of plastic edge is out of the way the problem goes away
