It went through 6 airports and a cruise ship handling with no issues!

We spent 3 1/2 weeks in england, ireland and scotland and the only scuff marks were from the airlines going to and from there.

Update: this luggage traveled on a two week trip from the us to london, paris, brussels, milan, & dusseldorf via the toronto airport.

Packaging/appearance

So much easier to pack than a clamshell style.

Held enough to pack a family of 5 in 2 suitcases.

2) it was a little too easy for my husband to go over the 50lb weight restriction on packing.
