Cons

The same cracked wheel was broken completely and now lodged inside the suitcase with our belongings. There are so many exclusions, the warranty covers very little. Needless to say, my amazon purchase will be returned.

The handle was stuck in the mid détente position. Not even hardshell. It's so completely thrashed. It is now on it’s way to the dump.
