Thats not necessarily the first thing you look for when buying a suitcase but no kidding when we pulled it out of the box everyone sort of ooood and aaaaaahd

Then there is a curious one that has a sort of horseshoeshaped zipper in the side of the suitcase that goes into the interior almost like a sleeve if you open a second zipper on the inside to free up that pocket

The inside straps do not latch correctly and one broke on the first use

Since i use packing cubes the straps are less of an issue but a disappointment given the elevated quality of the bag
