Im assuming because its from delsey that it is actually a high quality case with durable wheels and zippers but to look at them you wouldnt necessarily know that

The reasons i took off a star are i wasnt able to find the place where you register your contact information with delsey so that someone can report the serial number to them if it gets lost and is then found

I fiddled a little with it but didnt want to force anything so called the manufacturer whose representative told me what to do slide the tsa button with the numbers set at 000

However the rep warned me to be sure to hold the button while turning the numbers to the desired combination or else it would set itself with a random number for the code and you would have no idea what it was

With that and the enclosed instructions i tried to set the secret code but i couldnt feel any difference when i tried to pushslidehold the button which looks like a tiny recessed piece of plastic
