In the crowded field of carry on luggage this is a good but not great entry

However i have two concerns 1 the way the expansion area of the carry on is designed is awkward and doesnt lend itself to efficient packing

The carryon has a side pocket designed for a laptop which should be superhandy but in practice is unusable because putting in even a lightweight laptop unbalances the carryon so that it tips over on its side and cant stand upright

The plastic reinforcement inside had gotten so old that it became brittle and eventually shattered completely leaving a constant lovely mess inside every time i went somewhere
